What is the Source of your Data?

Homeowner & Consumer Data

On Point Data data includes real property information, mortgage information and consumer information with approximately 210 million names, postal addresses, and telephone numbers, originating from over 2,000 different sources, including but not limited to public sources such as county courthouse and government records, data contributed by company clients, and data obtained from data aggregators. All postal records are CASS and NCOA certified every 60 days, providing an approximate 95% deliverability rate. Email records are deployed on a daily basis, ensuring verified contact records by removing invalid addresses from our file. All email addresses are direct contacts, not generic informational or sales addresses. Our telephone records are called quarterly for connectivity and contact accuracy.

Public data sources include data and documents from federal, state and local governments and is augmented by data from other public and non-public sources, allowing the identification of physical property characteristics, boundaries and tax values, current and historical ownership, voluntary and involuntary liens, tax assessments and delinquencies, replacement cost, property risk including environmental,  building permits, local trends, summary statistics and household demographics.

Client contributed data includes loan performance information from loan servicers, trustees, securitizers, issuers and others, mortgage, auto, property rental and under-banked loan applications from various loan originators, landlords and property owners.

Data acquired from aggregators includes property listings, tenant and landlord rental information from various Boards of Realtors, real estate agents, brokers, landlords, and owners of multi-tenant properties.  We also collect property valuations from appraisers, and consumer credit history information from credit reporting agencies, lenders and auto dealers.

To provide emails, we overlay this against a list of permission compliant, opt-in email address database from over 100 sources on that national database, to make the most accurate and up to date multi-channel database on the market. The database is compared to the USPS National Change of Address file every 60-days, and updated as necessary, with 15 to 20 million new email addresses added each month. 

Business Data

Our national business database is derived from multiple different sources, including government records, licensing boards, municipal directories, telephone and office machine hookups, internet connections and searches, memberships, attendee registers, website registrations, DBAs, incorporations, business white page directories, county courthouse records, Secretary of State data, business magazines and newspapers, subscriptions, annual reports, 10Ks and other SEC filings, postal service information including National Change of Address, ZIP+4 carrier route and Delivery Sequence Files. This unique database is verified in three distinct ways, based on channel.
